RETRO DOWNTOWN DRINKS & DANCE

Remember the gutted building where we held the DNA v Urban Core Group fundraiser in November of 2008? The renovation of this historic building has now been completed and the doors now open to Retro Downtown Drinks & Dance. The Pitch gave it a great review and owners Neil and Jason Patch have invited us back to enjoy the outcome of their efforts. Plan to stay put following our event as Wednesday night at the Retro is karaoke night and a few of our members have been known to take the microphone in hand. Also, for you beer drinkers, if you want to notch it up from our offering, Wednesday evening is $2.50 import night and Dumante Shots will be offered at $1.00. If you can’t make it, you will be missed. Be sure to check out our website at the end of the month as the remaining events for 2010 will be posted at kcurbancoregroup.org.
